The hotel is 350m, a mere 5 minute level walk from the Royal Shakespeare Theatres, restaurants, and shops. Your route is well lit and takes you across the footbridge spanning the beautiful River Avon, with views of Holy Trinity church, and on through Stratfords' wonderful Bancroft gardens to the RSC theatres. During 2008/9 Stratford's 'Waterside' and the Bancroft gardens were totally transformed as part of the 'World class Stratford' development costing in excess of £100m.

  

The Melita's location and on site private car park enables guests to forget about driving for the entire duration of their stay. The private car park is a great asset to the guesthouse as free parking in Stratford upon Avon town centre is very limited indeed.
